WebToMCP is in free beta. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We may change or remove features.

Acceptable use

• You may submit URLs that you own or that you have permission to crawl. Submitting a website without authority to crawl it violates these terms.
• You will not use WebToMCP to host or distribute malware, phishing pages, or spam.
• You will not attempt to bypass rate limits, abuse the demo URLs, or interfere with other users.

Public demo URLs

The demo URLs on the landing page (Cloudflare Workers, Tailwind, Hono docs) are intentionally public and rate-limited. They are provided as-is for evaluation only.

Our right to revoke service

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe your use violates these terms or causes harm to other users or third parties.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebToMCP and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taipei.
