Refunds

Plain language
If you're not happy with WebToMCP, email developer@webtomcp.net within 7 days of your first paid charge and we'll refund you in full. After 7 days, refunds are handled case-by-case — but we'd rather make it right than make you fight for it.
7-day money-back guarantee
Applies only to your first paid month. We process the refund within 5 business days through our merchant of record (Polar.sh, or Lemonsqueezy for some accounts). Refunds appear on your card per your issuer's timing — usually 3–7 business days.
Cancellation
Click Manage subscription in the dashboard to cancel anytime. Your access to Pro features stays active through the end of your current billing period — paid time isn't wasted — then your account auto-downgrades to the Free tier on the renewal date. No charge for the next period.
Cancellations are not refunded for the unused portion of the current period. (E.g. cancel on day 20 of a 30-day cycle and you keep Pro for 10 more days, no partial refund.)
After the 7-day window
We'll consider refunds case-by-case for situations like:
- A service outage on our side that prevented you from using Pro features.
- Accidental double-subscription (e.g. you signed up twice with different emails).
- A charge you didn't authorize — we'll investigate immediately and work with our merchant of record to resolve.
Email developer@webtomcp.net describing what happened. Replies usually within 1 business day.
Failed payments
If your card fails, our merchant of record retries on its standard schedule (typically 3 attempts over 7 days). During this window your account is flagged past_due but stays on Pro. After the final retry fails, your account drops to Free; you don't owe a back-balance.
Refunds we don't issue
- For unused quota (questions, pages, or chunks) — quotas reset monthly and don't carry over.
- For not using a paid feature you signed up for.
- For dissatisfaction reported more than 7 days after your first paid charge (case-by-case basis only — see above).
